  I and a group of people had gone there to eat last weekend for a going away dinner for a dear friend whos also a Chiropractor in Red Hook. He invited 12 people but only told the place 7 so when my husband,daughter and myself got there it appeared to be a bit of an inconvenience to the waitress and hostess who took us to the room. We very willingly offered to sit another table next to them without moving anything. The other 2 showed up right after and sat with us.
  Being in the food industry for over 25 years I have to say that was just about the worst treatment I and my family and friends have ever seen!! Are waitress didnt tell us her name. Just an older lady with short blondish hair, Her tone in her voice was very unfriendly and she forgets my husbands salad twice making her few trips to the table. My daughter was afraid to ask for another soda, My husband wanted to ask her a question and she SHUT him up till she was done serving food in a terrible tone, Does it take much effort to say "sir just give me a second and i will be right over to you" in a NICE tone. No not this lady.
  Very disappointed in are service! We will not be back again. And my husband who also is a Dr in Redhook will never recommend Kozels to anyone. And charging 3.00 for a tiny glass of coke and refills is ridiculous.
